• Booking confirmation

 

We require a 50 % booking fee to confirm and secure your date. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The outstanding balance is then paid 7 days prior to the day or cash on the day. The booking fee is non-refundable.

 

• If Bride has no wedding trial

 

Overtime pricing will incur. 15 min 20$, 15-30 min $30, 30-44 min $50, 45-60 min $60, 60 min or more $120. If the booking is made 7 days prior charges will be applied to have the apace available for the booking. Please note once you have paid your booking fee, this means that you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.

 

• Travel

 

· Withing 20 minutes from Wanaka – free

· Queensberry - $50

· Queenstown, Alexandra - $150

· Clyde, Crownwel - $100

· Tekapo, Mt Cook - $500

· Glenorchy - $400

• Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel your booking you must provide written notice to me, and the deposit paid will be forfeited.

All amendments to booking can generally be fitted in and we are happy to try our best to work around any changes.

• Postponement

 

If you wish to postpone the Event and a new date can be booked, then the following will apply:

1. If the new date is within 12 months from the Event, then the non-refundable deposit can be transferred to the new date and applied as a payment towards the new booking with no additional charges.

2. If the new date is more than 12 months from the Event, the non-refundable deposit can be transferred to the new date, but additional fees may apply to incorporate an increase in the prices.

3. If a new date cannot be set, then the agreement is cancelled, and the deposit is not refundable.

 

• Allergies and illness

 

We are not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic reaction to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in the group has particular sensivity that are aware of. We will be happy to use your products that you are familiar with.

Please be considerate of my practice if you are sick or have a contagious illness, please cancel your booking.

 

• Early morning call out fee

 

If we are required to leave early, to be with you at an early hour of the morning. A fee will apply. Please ask for our rates. It is dependent on the timeframe.

 

• Late arrival

 

If you or any of those people named in the booking form are late in arrival at the requested location for performing the service, additional fees may be charged and if longer 30 minutes or more I may not wait. In this instance you will still be liable to pay the full price.

 

• Use of photographs and film

 

I may take photographs for promotional purposes unless you advise otherwise.

 

• Unforeseen circumstances

 

Circumstances or events which is outside the control of the parties for example, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, fire, explosion, warfare or other hostility, invasion or infestation, embargo, strike, interruption to transportation, pandemic, government laws or regulation or restrictions, or any hazardous situation.

In the unlikely event that are unable to provide make up and hair services for your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt o secure another stylist in our place. There will be no monetary compensation for the change of stylist. If there is no replacement, we will refund you.

 

• Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds for any completed makeup and hair services. If there are any issues, please notify us while we are still on location
