Thank you for choosing Ingrid Hair & Makeup for your makeup and hair styling services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking.
Booking and deposit

A minimum of 4 services is required for bookings on Friday's and Saturday's.
​
A 30% booking fee is required to confirm and secure your date. your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
​
Trials will be done at the client’s location.
​
The outstanding balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding day.
​
The booking fee is non-refundable.

Early morning call-out fee
If we are required to leave early to be with you at an early hour of the morning, a fee will apply. Please ask for our rates, as it depends on the timeframe.

cancellation and rescheduling
​​
Cancellations are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.
​
​Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the original appointment date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

photography and promotion
​​
We may take photographs of the makeup and hair styling unless otherwise specified by the client.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

Parking​
​
Where parking or valet may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment within three (3) business days from the date of event.

arrival and preparation
​​
Please ensure you are ready and available at the agreed upon location at the scheduled appointment time.
​​​
It is recommended that you have clean and dry hair and a clean face free from make up prior to the appointment.
​​​​
If you arrive late to the appointment, the allocated service time may be reduced. The full service fee will still apply.

Allergies and illness
​​​
We are not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic reaction to products used.
The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in the group has particular sensitivity that are aware of, we will be happy to use your products that you are familiar with.

Please be considerate of my practice if you are sick or have a contagious illness.​
​
Satisfaction

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the results, please communicate your feedback during the appointment to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns.

Unforeseen circumstances
​​
Circumstances or events which is outside the control of the parties for example, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, fire, explosion, warfare or other hostility, invasion or infestation, embargo, strike, interruption to transportation, pandemic, government laws or regulation or restrictions, or any hazardous situation.

In the unlikely event that are unable to provide make up and hair services for your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt o secure another stylist in our place. There will be no monetary compensation for the change of stylist. If there is no replacement, we will refund you.

Agreement acceptance

By making a deposit payment and booking our services. you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
